NiceHockey in Amstetten takes place at Eishalle Amstetten, Stadionstraße 12, 3300 Amstetten. The rink is run by AVB and is part of the local sports and leisure offer. Your session at Eishalle Amstetten
On 17 October 2026 we meet at 10:00 a.m. in the locker rooms. Training on the ice starts at 11:00 a.m. After a break, training continues and ends with a shared Kickerl at 1:30 p.m. Adults can join without prior ice hockey experience. Rental gear can be added when you book training. Bring your own hockey skates and warm underwear.
Getting to the ice rink
From Amstetten station it is about an eight- to nine-minute walk to the Pölz-Halle and the ice rink, according to AVB. By car, follow the A1 and the signs to the sports and leisure centre; parking is at the Pölz-Halle. The municipal pool is also on Stadionstraße. To stay longer after the session, Edlapark has a pond, meadows, Schloss Edla and a playground.
