What is NiceHockey?

Your barrier-free entry into ice hockey for adults.

Suitable for absolute beginners – even if you've never been on the ice before. Non-binding, without membership or ongoing costs. No performance pressure, but still high-quality training from experienced professionals.

Our goal: To make access to this great sport as easy as possible for you – whether you're a man or a woman. You don't need your own ice hockey equipment, we provide everything important.

Is this for you?

  • You're 18+ (or significantly older) – job, family, commitments, but still want to hit the ice? Perfect.
  • You've always wanted to try ice hockey – but the traditional clubs were too serious, too time-consuming, or too focused on children.
  • You used to be on the ice – and want to get back on it, without having to join a performance squad right away.
  • You're looking for exercise that's fun – instead of hanging on the treadmill at the gym.
  • Bottom line: This is not children's training and not a professional squad. We promote entry into ice hockey and the joy of sport.

Equipment

You need:

  • Helmet
  • Gloves
  • Elbow and knee pads
  • Hockey pants
  • Chest protector
  • Stick
  • Skates* (hockey skates, not figure skates)
  • Warm underwear*

No equipment? No problem.

We'll help you out and have ice hockey rental equipment ready. Just add it when registering – while supplies last.
(* Skates and underwear excluded.)
